Hey Rocco....Care to comment on why Miller used pictures that were 1 year old or did you just happen to overlook that statement. I understand buyer beware but posting pictures that are not of the actual horse seems like anyone who does that knows exactly what they are doing. If that can be proven the seller should be banned and all monies refunded not to mention that Ongait should put a post explaining what happened. This is the right thing to do but then again we are talking about $$$$$ where right is usually wrong
If it can be proven that he was using old pictures you should sue him not the online platform
Just so you all know, some of the shareholders and/or members of On-Gait are Andy & Julie Miller,(for there kids) and there ally N Surick. The bought into it a few years back and will make sure that nothing happens here and they can continue to list horses for sale no matter what. They take care of their own and fill their pockets without fear of consequences. Do yourself a favor and just stay clear of these operations! Nothing good can come of doing business with these folks.
Why would the developer of Ongait sell shares? It has been a solid business since they started it. As with any online or other auction services the statement is the seller’s responsibility and the buyer has the responsibility to due their own due diligence.
