$1000 fine and 7 days for a narcotic in the horse's system?  WTF?  Should be a year.  Especially for that cheating fuck Scotty D.  How many violations is this now?

The urine sample collected from the horse "Paloma Ruiz" on February 4, 2022 identified
the presence of the prohibited substances Oxymorphone, Oxycodone and Noroxycodone at
a level of 3.0ng/mL and 0.057ng/mL and 0.333ng/mL respectively; The presence of
Oxymorphone, Oxycodone and Noroxycodone in the horse "Paloma Ruiz" on February 4,
2022 is in direct violation of NJRC rule N.J.A.C. 13:71-23.1; Payment of the fine associated
with this ruling must be received by the NJRC on or before February 7, 2023.
