$1000 fine and 7 days for a narcotic in the horse's system?  WTF?  Should be a year.  Especially for that cheating fuck Scotty D.  How many violations is this now?

a level of 3.0ng/mL and 0.057ng/mL and 0.333ng/mL respectively; The presence of
Oxymorphone, Oxycodone and Noroxycodone in the horse "Paloma Ruiz" on February 4,
2022 is in direct violation of NJRC rule N.J.A.C. 13:71-23.1; Payment of the fine associated
with this ruling must be received by the NJRC on or before February 7, 2023.
