They are weighing in on First Tracks condition sheet, not Bangor's.  Jean Thayer is Asst. Race Director there also.  Sheet now available on USTA

yes, cumberlands sheet is pretty good thought out a bit. will hopefully lead to good racing and some fan interest. its hard to write the right conditions all the time, the fact that it looks like thought was put into cumbys is a good step. with time some tinkering might have to happen but that is what a good race dept will do. thumbs up on first sheet.

heath is an improvement, though i thought sowers was getting better. my guess is he would be better off without his current woman.
