FINED: $500 HORSE DISQUALIFIED, PURSE REDISTRIBUTION
POSITIVE TEST- POST RACE
Urine sample #879193 collected at Northfield Park on 12/14/19 from the horse Hepburn Hanover was found to contain furosemide (Lasix). The horse was not furosemide eligible and was not programmed to race on Lasix. All purse money must be returned for redistribution ($2,000.00). O.S.R.C.-3769-18-01(B)(1)(b) 18-01(13)&(15) 18-02 18-99 The fine has been paid. If the purse money is not returned by 1/30/20 the owner shall stand suspended until all purse money has been returned to the permit holder. Horses owned wholly or in part by the owner shall be suspended and are not transferable until the purse money is returned.
