 There was a Cullipher at Toledo Raceway Park- one of smallest tracks in nation. This guy is bigtime elite trainer .

If you asking about his father Roger 40 years ago then yes. Great Midwest horseman fro western Kentucky

Roger was one best for so many years.  Great horseman and human being
