clearly at the start of race 1 around the first the 3 horse clearly interferes with the 7 and not even the inquiry goes up they got to be kidding with me
-
No kidding , not even an interference on the chart !!!

Judges are pathetic at Yonkers. That was about as blatant interference as it gets--yet--crickets.At the very minimum -should be on the charts.
Judges also allow almost every race-the leader slows the second 1/4 down to walking speed---judges crickets. Now in lower classes this may be fair enough--but when it gets to higher conditioned classes/claimers--this is ridiculous.
That is one of the main reasons why the 7-8 horses at Yonkers have the lowest % of winning at any racetrack in USA.
The next is-- starting the race too close to the first turn.

Oh my goodness, just watched the replay. That's the most egregious and textbook interference you could ever have.
How a judge keeps their job after making that bad of a mistake is incomprehensible.
-
If the judge would give a driver days for not reporting an incident some of that crap would stop. To get drivers to do that the judge should hit the inquiry light as soon as something looks close. Will never happen…. Click, click, click. Pay back in a later race….
-
were the judges even there? night off to save costs?
-
embarrassing
just another black eye on the industry, as a general rule inquiries that are made or not made
of course taking the 3 down would not help those that bet on the 7 but it shows some accountability and the driver of the 3 should be fined and suspended
-
So I’m on the fence about this. There is definitely a case for interference and it should have been looked at and probably even charted. To say Kakaley deserves days or fined because his horse darted for no reason and he got him pulled back down to the rail without an actual collision, I can’t endorse that. He wasn’t trying to do anything but fall in line and the horse jumped sideways. Not his fault and not deserving of a penalty of any kind
-
The judge should have lit the inquiry sign……. That may have forced Stratton to put in objection.
#1. Stratton should have claimed interference.
# 2 If it was the horse and not Kakaley ok, no days
# 3 the horse causing interference should be placed behind the horse he interfered with.
Nothing happened so pull the judges license,..

umm, saying it is not the drivers fault is a slippery slope that ends badly
maybe he was letting the horse pace to fast into the turn causing it to veer sideways causing int
so when there is any kind of int the driver just says wasn't my fault horse just had a mind of his own ??
don't think so

this dump of a racetrack, is by far the most crooked, corrupt, and down right criminal. Fixed races are there on a daily basis. The drivers and judges are in together. The only reason that track is alive is of course is because the casino money purses.
-
Just HORRIBLE and NO EXCUSE. If you listen to the announcer - he even calls the interference. Someone needs to contact the NY Commission and demand an answer
All three should be suspended at minimum. Just simply amazing

Watched the replay -- maybe they should make the announcer a judge...
He called it as "very bothered by the breaking horse"
Hey - Want to come out where they drag the races out - you have no idea which trainer has their horse loaded - we are going to take out between 15-22% - and the judges don't give two shits what happens on the track.
