no racing = no racino
they must race according to the current law

so what is the big deal....yonkers is not closing...they have to run a horse meet??

FIRST OF ALL FARALDO IS A LIAR. 2ND WHAT ARTICLE DID YOU GUYS READ? YONKERS IS TOAST. BELMONT WANTS NOTHING TO DO WITH
HARNESS RACING. ALL THIS DOES IS GIVE FARALDO 2 MORE YEARS TO LINE HIS POCKETS.

Correct, now when they change from a Racino to a Casino,, bye bye buggys

depends on what the law says
the current law protected the upstate horse racing interests with the 4 new upstate casinos!

Assuming the link is accurately quoting Faraldo, I think he is on target. This track needs to find a mile locations. Call it yonkers at wherever. With a mile track they will have a better chance at sustaining racing. A half mile track inevitably won't survive.
