RTN-both on TV and my desktop.  Get programs from various Harness Association links to many track websites, from HRU (for highlighted races) and Trackmaster when I am following a specific horse.  If you are thinking of buying a horse and want to see all of his races, going back through last year, you can sort RTN by horse's name and pull up every video at once.
