Is still rampant.  The new regulatory body being proposed will eliminate it from the sport as their testing is light years ahead of what is currently being used.  Until that happens, .350 + traininers will still pump their horses weekly with no risk of being caught.  It is disturbing that the USTA is fighting this.

Where does it say they are fighting this?
