Fox Valley Gemini
« on: June 01, 2018, 02:02:13 PM »

Do you think Fox Valley Gemini is good enough to race against the top 3 yr olds in the country? I know he is currently racing against much less but he seems to make it look pretty easy.

I looked at the 3yr colt eligibles for Hoosier Park and the only one I saw him staked to is the Monument Circle 3yr colt pace on November 2nd.

last yrs monument circle went in 48/1

I believe cus

 my horse went in 48/4

and we were third.in monument .

can he do 48 and change or faster

I don't think so,,not against east coast bearcats..

3yr olds are qualifyin faster than ,Gemini's lifetime mark,,

,no knock against this horse

hez an ill bred ,,nice ill bred at that

it is what it is,,

hez a really good Illinois bred hope he continues to excell tmbz1

With a budget that is sent and will be signed by the Gov the SN purses should be on par with last year. Spr and DUQ should also be the same. He could be a good horse for opens somewhere next year. Fox Valley Charm has wo. The mare open a few times and a top three finisher at the Meadows. She may have even paced in 50 and change. For a IL bred couldn't ask for more racing out of this shit state.

Right but this state after 3 you need to compete with much better even if your one of the better from a small crop of foals from non slot states.
