Post by: eyeinthesky on April 18, 2019, 08:50:36 AM
This is the longest suspension mandated , that I have ever seen.             Anyone with a longer one ?
This will put him out of the business.
Can any Canadian find out what all these rule violations were ??

And the fine is the largest since the fine given Berkley 10 years ago

If racing wants to appear to care about their lifeline which is the betting public then why do they proclaim to be transparent and then suspend a guy quoting only rules broken by rule numbers. This means shit to the public and leaves a whole lot of grey area. Until racing gets it through their us only heads they are doomed. Racing really is the biggest front ever because in the end it will be all sports and casino gambling and racing has known this for longer than you think and that is why race tracks only expansion has been on other than horse racing.

The betting public isn't the lifeline anymore. The slot machines are. That is why we get shit on at every track.

With the amount of positives Menary has had, he should receive a similar outcome.

This is just another example of the suspension inequity in racing.  The WEG or Ontario Racing or whatever little inner chamber has been created for this task always find some nobody, with 1 horse and a broken sulky, to levy some monstrous fine and suspension on, while the big boys get caught and are hammered with a feather pillow.   It's really a sad joke.   I wonder if they actually think this 85k on  Jacque Primeau, whoever he is, makes people think they are really coming down on infractions !!!!!

The industry needs to rid itself of Ma and Pa Cheater kind of stables.  They cant compete financially with the bigger stables and in a effort to do so, they get caught cheating, making everyone look bad.  All the important people will make more money once the industry rids itself of these types.  The game as it is played today has passed you bye. Now get the F out and don't let the door....

Fuck you Atthetrack7   ....   without the little guy, all those important people would be over in the corner jerking off the best chemist in the business, begging for his new blood enhancer.  Meanwhile, the next race on the 5 race card is about to start with 6 horses in it, owned by a total of 3 people.  Can't wait to here the whining from the likes of you when every race is fixed in order to keep all 3 in the business.
