seen he was racing one Saturday. Down as owner. He said he was going to drive there in a few weeks. I don't understand how they let that outlaw in there.. Greg Keidel and company, do your homework. been barred for cheating and drugs.

Once you have a USTA drivers and/or trainers license it doesn't matter after that. It's up to the individual states who they want to license. Many, many people have no usta card and still race. SOME states require one, other states do not.

I was referring to the other poster. You MUST get a USTA license BEFORE you can get any state to license you but AFTER you get one and are licensed by a state, it's up tp the state to renew your license or not. You don't need one after that. Sorry.

Kiedell doesn’t care what kind of dirtbags he lets in. Dan Maier has been welcomed back with open arms. Responsible for the death of at least one horse during Miami valley meet but it’s all good.
People say Stacey from Scioto is a bitch ( don’t know, never met her) but at least she has the class to keep scum bags out of her track.
