Even better, a little over a minute away from late p4 post and they announce late driver change in last race on the 1 from bongo girlfriend to bonzo bongio. Might impact a few p4 tickets. I didnt like the 1 with nicole, but with bonzo bongio,  might be another matter.

Completely agree.  Who wants to put up decent money on a multi-race wager involving these amateur clowns racing as a hobby?  Makes no sense!

I'd go and check the handle for those two races..Race 9 was the 3rd highest of the night and race 1 was over 190K and more than races 8 and 10.

I just didnt like the late announcement; seconds before p4 was run. I just canceled my late p4 and watched. Very poor public optic for a sport that doesnt need such. Figures bonzo would be involved though.

At least they announced it with 90 seconds to go to make adjustments. I remember at Northfield about 7 or 8 years ago a Provisional Driver was taken off his drive in the 3rd leg of the pick 4 after the first leg ended and all of the pools were closed. A top driver was put on and the horse got hammered and won easy.

They topped $3 million in handle again last night with 13 races this week.

What’s your point ?
Jonkers and Mohawk are the only other tracks on the menu.
Cal Ex doesn’t count. They start after most of these players are long gone for the night.

Put different races in race 1 and see what happens. It’s the positioning of the race these days NOT the race itself. Anyone with a brain knows this. Don’t tell me gamblers would rather bet those idiots out there thinking they can drive. Maybe 2/3 of them can. The rest are aweful.

The driving colony is now tops and that is probably why the handle is increasing this year.  You have a chance with any of the drivers in a given race and with Stratton and Bartlett being regulars so far has helped the betting.

I'm still going to bet the Nicole/Bongiorno horse (Sports Hero) in the 9th. Gonna take a chance on it being loaded up.
well that didnt work out well (even tho still loaded)

for 12500 he looks like a good claim.  imagine a real driver was on him
