Who is he, where did he come from. Is he training for himself or fronting. I asked earlier but no one responded. TY

Worked for jimmy takter...jimmy retired went on own with some of the owners
-
Yes, Was supposed to get more of Takter's horses than he did. How he suddenly went to a leading money earning trainer according to everybody's least favorite ex trainer SCM is that he gets help from the same banded Canadian person as everybody else in that group (for example Dowse) who has been doing this preracing shit since the Brooks Bros and their trainer his girl Tracey B.

I see Ty Some of the ownerships I see and how Jason seems to always take his horses inspired me to ask.

Per was Takter's second trainer. When Takter closed up his shop, the best went to Nancy and Engblom got the questionable. He does ok. based at Magical Acres.

I was interested in buying a trotter that was based in Canada, but had been in Per's barn when she raced here in the states, and when they went to sell her, I contacted Per to be briefed on her and he responded immediately and was very helpful. Ultimately the Canadian owner decided to not sell her, but my interaction with Per was 100% positive. Can't say anything about him as a trainer, since we didn't buy the horse, but seemed to be a communicative/intelligent person.

I really wasn't trying to cast any aspersions about Per. Didn't even know who he was until recently. Just jave seen a couple owners who are on my terror watch list. JUST KIDDING Just a few questionable sorts - all good!

Great guy, he and wife worked for JT. They worked there a long time. Both very hard workers, put in a lot of time. good horse people, know what they're doing, not fly by night.

Per and Helene treat their team and their horses very well. Not surprised to see them doing well. Nice to see all their hard work paying off!
