How does he avoid jail time?  I thought repeatedly writing bad checks is a felony?

You have a better shot at getting hit by lightning and then hitting the lottery the same day than getting a check to clear by 90 percent of the horsemen. The other ten percent you don,t have to worry about......they have fucked you out of enough money to be able to cover the check ngc3
