Closing night of meet tonight
Pk5 20cents 'jackpot' pool stands at approx 32gs canadian
While being listed as a jackpot pool, spokeswoman out there friday indicated to me it would be mandatory payout tonight.
(was she confused casino employee or maybe a racing dept. 'in the know'?)
But no sign online or in program. Hopeful western canada horsegang and Elements dont have something else up their sleeves.
Anyway ..if big prize is a go..expect 45gs plus this eve...and in races 9-13, r9 scheduled for approx 1130pm et both big wheels Hoerdt and Campbell in town to ensure law and on-track order.. Pre-card changes pending, short fields 6, 6 and 6 onto 8 and 8 horses respectively.
Again, waiting for mandatory confirm. Nothing yet, and i dont know why it hasnt been trumpeted yet. Any ink for that joint is good ink.

You eastern timezoners didn't stay up all night to rotate between australia and this vancouver stuff to watch a ton of Fraser chalk take this big pk5 did you? So what can we do.

12347 could pull stunner IF backstretch crew are in the big pk5 payoff mood.
Each has a story to tell..
Biggest price would be rail #1 on the drop (has won this class before..cant rule out mammoth shocker)..#2 has also won before at this bottoms 5000cd level but comes off a a vet-lame. And that aint great but..
#3,#4,#7 raced 'competitively' at this level last week and while I cant 'definite contender' any, cant rule out any either.
Again#5 the one to.take down if Campbell sticks.
