Has two in at Yonkers. Driving for Kevin Ryder. Only a matter of time before he picks up other drives.
Really cool head on shoulders and his driving in large fields will be a benefit to him.
He won races over here last time he was here for World Drivers Championship.

“When Pointomygranson wins off the screen, everyone is going to see how good Dexter is,” Ryder said, without guaranteeing that result.
Asked to describe his compatriot, Ryder was effusive.
“He’s just the right guy for the job, young but with a lot of experience. I’ve seen him get results from good horses and difficult ones.
“The (driving) style between here and New Zealand is not as different as it used to be. New Zealand racing his improved, so it’s always about getting into the right position.”
The bulk of Dunn’s Down Under small-track experience has been over three-turn, five-eighths-mile ovals, so Westchester’s ‘rustic’ half-mile figures to provide a different challenge.
“There are a lot of good drivers here, but I think he can adapt as well as anyone can,” Ryder said.
Dunn’s lasting Yonkers Raceway impression from his first go-round?

US immigration are withholding a working visa until, as Dunn understands it, he can provide more prove he is world class at his job.
He's been a top driver in NZ and has won a WDC and has driven winners in US. Seems like they didn't know what they were talking about
Campbell, Gingras, La Chance and many others were not born here. The powers that be obviously do not understand horse racing is world wide.

He had like a 3 month wait, they should have either denied it totally or approved it. Nothing changed in that time.

I can understand your ignorance, as I am sure there aren't many people abroad attempting to work/live in New Zealand. However, this is the USA. Thousands per day risk their lives to get here. Once again, US immigration isn't going to drop everything to cater to a kangaroo driver. Sorry for the harsh reality TTT. PS....He is not a world class driver. Maybe someday he will be but that day is not today.
Yeah, that NOT a world class driver is getting plenty of drives. Check out Sunday at Harrah's. It takes skill to drive in large fields and race in tight quarters like they do over there over all distances. I think you may end up being the ignorant one.

Yes. You don't just automatically get granted a visa because you are good at something. If that were the case, there would be an unlimited H-1B Visas granted.

Sunday at Harrahs there isn't one world class driver on the entire card. Maybe Tony Morgan but he is such a criminal, I'm not counting him. I know you have a boner for this guy but at least brag about him after he actually accomplishes something. Here is a lesson for you..These are or were world class drivers..John Campbell, Herve Filion, Michel LaChance, Ron Pierce, Billy Haughton, Stanly Dancer, Joe O'Brien, Ron Waples, David Miller, Yannick Gingras, Tim Tetrick. Sorry, but Dexter Dunn does not belong on that list.
