Then why the fines for having needles and syringes during barn raids?  They aren't in the designation as "live stock" so try again.
That is only if you are stabling on track. Or in NJ where the training centers are licensed.

You have to have a prescription for almost all the medications etc at TSC now. My latest experience was trying to buy a supplement for pregnant mares which we have been using for some time. Nope. Have to have a presription.

Because you can't have them on the grounds, but you can give your horses shots of legal matter, just like a person give themselfs a insulin shot
