What do you think of the prices, Luc?   If Biden wins, it could be bad news for racing!  If Trump wins, I think everything would be fine!!  Your opinion??

That extra 3% property tax and huge tax increases for those that make over $400k could take away a lot of expendable income from owners

I respect your opinion and do not get into politics via the internet. The Federal Government in my experience has no standing in property tax and in my time, I have not seen where increase income taxes sway horse ownership. Most tax influences come on the expensing and depreciation side.   
 So, I would agree with Emperor Dapple's, tongue- in- cheek reply.
