Title: Horse abuse at the Big M last Saturday
Post by: toothman on October 31, 2020, 06:55:35 PM: Looked at USTA site under whipping violations. Really expected to see Ceba Horsey there after the ruthless display of whipping abuse in last Saturday's 12th race.
Am I missing something here? Could there be a more flagrant violation?

It has to be and he should be euthanized for what he did here.

I blame the USTA for allowing him a license. And local racing commissions for allowing him to race!

Banning someone named Horsey, from having contact with horses, is the very definition of irony...

He said there was a meeting Friday and starting next week there will be a new whipping policy with severe penalties. Will be interesting to see how it’s enforced. First violation. 500$ and 5 days.
