Groom, gambler, whatever, it doesn't matter. This guy should, and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, and he will be. There are people, and I don't know how and wouldn't even waste a second on why, who somehow try to defend the Surick's, Navarro's, et al, of the world. Perhaps because they simply don't light a match and burn down a barn killing horses. However, they killed horses nonetheless. Intention doesn't matter. But this isn't about them.
This is a tragic, horrible event. For the true fans of the sport, and those in the business, remember, we step up. When tragedy strikes, we absolutely do take care of our own.
