There is too much disparity between horses in condition classes-TM Ratings.
Eg- a pacer could be an OPen Pacer-in Rosecroft for eg-- get either 0 or small check-then go into nw last 4 -get small checks again--then get into bottom level nw at Pocono or Chester--in a race where his TM rating is 85 and the rest of the field below 80 and class rating around 78-80.Goes off 1/5-race hardly bet.
Happens many times--to the point that a NW5000 at Yonkers is now harder to win than a 20-25 claimer.
Races need to be handicapped!!!!! or have conditioned classes where nw last 5 draw inside or lower money earner inside---just like how open handicap races are handicapped.
Will make for much better racing--as one thing that amazes me-is at the Meadowlands where some races have all 5-10,000 claimers--BUT evenly matched--will be bet more than a conditioned class where 1-2 lay over the field and the rest have not shot!!

Excellent points BOND, it's been a while since I did this (below), and Thorny was right he never responded, time to follow up with dingus Race Secretary at Yonkers by phone, NOW!  Stay Tuned, it's gonna be hostile because I'll go MGM over his fucking head!  ;D

I just called RS Joe, lol, (914 968 4200, opt 2, opt, 4) for the Yonkers Race Office, it just rang.  If memory serves me they get in late, I'll be persistent in attempting to reach, once I do I want to verify he received my 4/26 email, then it's our gripe / solution time, time's up on his, their bullsh!t and antics!  ;D

I just spoke to Linda in the Yonkers Race Secretary's Office who wanted me to "fax a stall application" after I tried to confirm if they received my 4/26 email racing suggestions,  LOL their doors just opened (11:15am) and things are hay-wired crossed there.

She put RS Joe on the phone, he said he never received my original email (likely spam folder deleted?) with suggestions like BOND's, others here which I'd like for him to review and advise too.

He stayed on the phone, I forwarded the original email, he acknowledged receipt of it, and was not adverse to again reviewing and advising, possibly consideration for implementing OUR IDEAS!

If you make a suggestion for him I suggest --- please make it simple to understand, I can forward to him, or you can do it yourself (jfrasure@empirecitycasino.com), thank you!  ;D

Senator---you are a Legend. Thank you! You are  breath of fresh air. Lets hope the conditioned sheets start getting more competitive. Im now glad I didnt can plop as all it had was haters-not guys who just love a good time have a bet and love horses-without inserting hatred jealousy.
All over the racing world-secretaries try to make the entries as closely matched as possible. Sometimes it just cant happen as  in WFA races in TBreds---the cream rises to the top. Secretaries in NY PA and elsewhere-for some inexplicable reason have Standardbreds in races where the Track Master rating vary as much as 10 points--or even worse at Yonkers a 90 TM rated horse can draw the rail and the 80--the 8 hole. You think the 8 will be live???-No. he waits till next week--where he just has to hope the same situation doesnt happen--but curiously--it does!!.Surely he can write more conditions to even up the field  tmbz1

Thanks BOND, we all inspire each other here!   tmbz1

One thing I've learned historically when you see race match ups you really appreciate and look forward too, and multiple on a card, call the respective race office and say hey, thanks, compliment they like that shit very much and rarely do people do it, you make a friend, and you gain a working insider before they post track, weather, conditions too... tmbz1

What I do here is in tradition of Horseplop, what others have done and do,  and some with way more juice than me, and way before me and hopefully in the future too, when you fellas were "lynching" Casie, and she popped in, was priceless.  I was just a non-member guest admirer.

I'll will pursue what we agree works to the highest level if need be, here MGM RI corporate.....out side of racing my skill sets were honed doing the same with up to cabinet level, lawyers, execs that run the literal world in govt, corps and non profits for 25+ years.....some of which will remain classified for my lifetime.....OUR VOICE MATTERS! though.  ;D
