Was just looking at the results from Friday. I didn't think he would be a hot new sire, but I thought the LATHER UP yearlings went dirt cheap for the most part. Anyone there in person to see what some of them looked like?

Went to sale to purchase a Lather up and all looked nice except #67 which was really small. Yes, they went a lot cheaper than I thought they would. I never got to the ones I picked out because I ended up with a Downbytheseaside early on. That's how things work out sometimes.

I got one lather up colt. He's really sweet so far. They weren't real flashy . Harnessed and hooked an he was no problem. Very smart and seems willing. I'm gunna look at them at lexington too since they're good priced too

Thanks for the feedback. He was a super fast horse. Would love to see him produce some special ones. Good luck with yours.

I wouldn't personally purchase one

very light on breeding in my view

Another Nickel bred speed monster from George. Others have proved the lack of pedigree, prevents them from passing on the genetics.

Everyone is talking LATHER UP...we all know where he came from and we all know why he had speed.
This yearlings will have to show me something to prove me wrong about him. What did Southwind Lynx ever produce? Why??? Because of the juice. Lather Up....same story.
