Samstar smart businessman, buys good horses, not horses that need to be "fixed", doesn't really try to make them better, just performing like when he buys them, classifies them and when they are on the way down he sells them. Seems pretty smart to me. As far s the MSOA goes, he doesn't seem to do anything the other board members don't do, he does seem to care about the general health of the Meadows racing business, though I don't subscribe to the family fun nights. I think the money would be better spent on getting gamblers in. I believe we are a gambling business, who need to increase the live handle and simulcast to insure the future of racing. We can't think the slot moneuy will be there forever.
