Title: Hoosier Park
Post by: dbharness on June 14, 2020, 09:27:23 AM
So what a joke this Covid thing has become!!!  Hoosier park CASINO gets to reopen tomorrow morning at 6AM but the harness racing must continue spectator free until July 4th??  What the hell kind of bullshit is this?  You can't tell me the casino traffic will have more chances of getting the virus than the harness racing side!!!

On a side note I see Scioto Downs Casino will reopen the 19th but it said nothing about having fans in the stands for the racing.  Any input on this?

You requested input, so here it is. The casinos will be opening because the people involved have good hygiene. Harny folks bathe maybe once per week. Honestly, they should quarantine all harny folks for the duration, so as not to spread the disease, known to most as, harness racing. Kudos to Hoosier Park management for putting the human beings first over the harny folks.

But I wanted real input...You have obviously not been to the casino at Hoosier!!  Those people are worse than the folks that watch racing in the grandstands!

Luc thanks for the input on that...Guess I will keep waiting for July 4th to arrive.

Each track only gets about 20 people anyway. Foolish ruling.  ;D

NEVER UNDERESTIMATE THE SCUZZ BUCKETS IN ANY CASINO! REMEMBER, THERE'S MORE OF THEM THAN IN ANY GRANDSTANDS - ATTENDANCE WISE NOWADAYS! SURE LOTS IF DIRT UNDER THE FINGERNAILS OF TRACK RATS + HORSEMEN BUT EVEN PAR AT WORST VS. CASINO JUNKIES!

This is what the harny folk don't understand, so I will make one more attempt at ejookating them. PEOPLE go to casinos.
People go to restaurants. People go to theatres, bars, etc.. PEOPLE DO NOT GO TO A HANESS TRACK, with the exception of Running Aces. Every track apron is a ghost town. So in retrospect, there is no need to ban PEOPLE from attending harness tracks, since nobody goes there. Casinos generate tax dollars. Harness tracks generate diseased whoresmen, who are a blight on our society. So once again I say, kudos to Hoosier Park Management for attempting to make America great again.
