Mohawk Saturday Night
« on: March 22, 2024, 10:39:07 PM »
Race#2-#8 ST LADS BEAT IT 5-1 ML Big mile for Fellows off the claim last week, made up a pile of ground, ending up fourth beat just over a length. This guy can leave off the wings as well, will offer a price as 5-6 will take all the money.

Race#5-#8 FRANKIE FRANKIE 8-1 ML Didn’t have fresh legs finishing up last weeks mile, look for Roy to bust the wings in here tonight, not much gate speed in here inside his starting post.

Race#7-#6 ROCK AND TWIST 3-1 ML ***BEST BET*** Debuts for Auciello after last weeks claim where another Auciello parked this one bad while Drury & Brett made dinner plans on the front. Generally not a huge fan of claimers in with condition horses off the claim but this field looks suspect. Look for Fillion to leave tonight & attempt a breather.

Race#8-#7 HIGH VOLTAGE DEO 9-2 ML Was sent to Flamboro to get his confidence back two weeks ago & toyed with the competition. Raced extremely well last week , left , shuffled a bit but flying at the wire. Roy is back aboard tonight as well, race lacks gate speed so I’d expect he will use his.

Best of luck!  tmbz1

Rock and Twist has been in Auciello's barn previously. Don't recall how he raced.

 I have just a couple:
Race 1 Don't Freak Out #5  Post plays well for his style. Sit mid-pack. Spence seems more capable
than we might have initially thought.

Race 8 Kaptain Karlos #1 Obviously don't love the rail. His natural speed will suit him and allow him
to be in position without using too much, as often is the case with rail. Baldie comin off a hot night.
Two wins, 2 seconds that I know off. Been knocking on the door. Time to kick it in.

 Good luck Mohawk players. tmbz1

Still early [5:50] but somebody is lovin this four in the first Artsalive BIG time right now. Let's see if they pull the $$
$1,100 To win now 1/9. Contender i guess but  it's early cause I don't see him deserving of 5/2 or less.
