This bitch won’t give anyone a free drop of soup. The food is worst ever and I was broke last week so I thought maybe I could at least ask for $20 food credit and pay her Friday when Rick paid me. Before I got one word out of my mouth Dee is like NO NO NO CREDIT. She won’t give a horseman a drop of water unless you spend money. Cullipher got her good the other day. He said just steal the salt and pepper shaker so I did. Fuck you Dee miss princess. It’s all good for you to stuff your face back in the kitchen while your cooking that bullshit you force us to eat. The track kitchen at Hoosier was closed today.Word is Dee refused to come serve those ungreatful horseman that are always looking for handouts.
It’s in the contract that the kitchen must be open for sometime on non race days so the people that live and work on the backside can have somewhere to eat but I assume after reading this Dee decided not to open at all this morning? I’ve been at Hoosier for 8 years and never seen the kitchen closed during the race meet one day til today. Please come back Dee not everyone here feels about you like Maria does.

Rick Plano does very well. He does struggle to drive but he has been using trace to drive some of his horses. I don’t know why they closed the kitchen today. Dee is a very nice lady and I can’t believe she would t give Maria a lunch. I hope that’s not true.
