Race 6... winner pays $5.80 as favorite 6 horse field

Race 7 ... winner pays $7.20 ... 6 horse field.

$2 DD pays $179.20

DD pool was $5,041...  About 3x the average DD pool there.

Obvious pool manipulation + Offshore betting.

The 'favorite' in the race 7 DD Will Pays was the #2, who looked the least likely winner.
