Great racing, great coverage, great hd quality, great freebies.   By the way the race was over a mile and a half and he came his last half in 53.2.  The horse is the real deal.   

Undercard had 2 great mares Tough Tilly and Our Princess Tiffany winning and 2 Rosati (Stride) horses winning at huge odds.  Watch if you haven't already. I'll bet a lot of the horses on that card end up here.

The miracle mile coming up on March 5 will be great. There should be some Kiwi horses in there as well. King of Swing has gone 1:48 last year in that race.

There's another Kiwi horse I would like to see up here. Regazzo Mach a 3yo Mach Three colt was sold to Aussie but the owner got pissed off at the buyer's jacking him off so he stopped the sale. He was apparently sold for big money (I have no idea what they call big money or how much the offer was). This horse is a fucking machine and right after the sale was stopped he won a race by 10 lengths on an off track. in only his 5th start he beat a decent field of older, intermediate horses in a standing start race which he had never run in.

He is supposed to be the next big thing over there so we will have to wait and see if that eventuates.

My two cents is worthless but I still think the most impressive down under horse of all time is Lazarus

IMO, Jimmy fucked him up by racing him sick. They all get sick when they come over.

Lazarus has been having major fertility problems when shipped to Australia 2 years in a row. Up here, no problems apparently

Lazarus' summer in doubt due to injury

Champion New Zealand pacer Lazarus's $2m summer is in doubt after he has been struck down by soreness. He is out of this Friday's West Australian Cup and there have to be doubts over his participation in both the Hunter Cup and Miracle Mile next month until co-trainer Mark Purdon knows the extent of the hoof problems.
 
He did race on Feb 3rd beating Soho Tribeca by only a neck in the Hunter Cup but then on Feb 17 he struggled into third behind Tiger Tara in the Canadian Club Sprint in a relative slow time of 1.51.5. with reports from Purdon that he had a virus and or blood issues

Purdon gave the drive to Rasmussen in the Miracle Mile on Feb 24 and the result was he finished unplaced for the first time in his 45 start career, beating only one rival home.

That was his last race over there and we all know how he was here.  Not the same horse that he was in his prime
