4 YEAR SUSPENSION. COULDN'T HAPPEN TO A NICER GUY. WAS STABLED NEXT TO HIM ONE YEAR AT THE RED MILE. WHAT A DOUCHE BAG.

They should have kept the original suspension..15yrs and 49,000 fine.

proceedings involving Administrative Complaint 216005, dated November 4,
2016, has agreed with IHRC to the following: 1. Brower is suspended for a
period of four (4) years, effective retroactively from March 7, 2017, through
and including March 7, 2021; The sanctions referenced above are the total
sanctions for the violations referenced herein.
