Just finished 1st race.
Delong won with the 6 who was 7-1 on the board after the race finished.
Long Tote delay. !0 mins.
They put up prices and Delong now pays $10.20 to win! 91zxa.1
WTF happened? 91zxa.1

Last minute dump of cash on the win I'd say happens all the time there as the win pool is small most nights

Someone bet when race was over

During the stretch call Steve Cross called Delong for the win with an upset at 7-1.
Then screen xhowed the odds of the horses during the race and Delong was 7-1.
Then tote board goes out and tv numbers go blank.
Cross says Delong returning to winners circle winning at 7-1 but there is a tote malfunction that is across the network not just Hoosier so there would be a delay.
So okay, no problem just have to wait a little bit.
Long time elapsed and when Cross says the payouts are up he pauses a second while he announces Delong pays 10.20 to win as if even he was confused by the win payout.
i had gimmicks not win bet but it appeared there was some money DQ'ed from the pools.
