Title: thought woodbine was stopping the friendly driving

4th race last night cullen rips the face off his horse to let mclure in the first turn gets suffled out of race strangles his horse whole mile weg worst driver colony ever they must blow eachother after every race

I think you are correct however,  there was a good 3 month stretch where it looked like fines were having an affect on broke back mountain behavior. 
WEG should double the fines and see if they can get their attention back.

Remember, the number one job of a harness driver is to fuck with the gamblers tickets. No matter what you do, someone is going to be pissed.
 In "How to fuck with gamblers driving school" it is amongst the first lessons taught.
