Maybe the bathroom was occupied. At least he didnt try to run anyone over in the barn area I guess.

FALSIFICATION OF LICENSE APPLICATION
OSRC 3769-12-26-A(1&7). As a result of recent additional information concerning his
criminal record, Mr. Perrin`s 2023 OSRC Trainer`s/Driver`s license is suspended from
03/05/2023-12/31/2023. During his full suspension, Mr. Perrin is denied the use and
privileges of all the grounds sanctioned by the OSRC. Any horses owned and/or trained by
Mr. Perrin must be transferred by the judges or the OSRC. Mr. Perrin may apply in 2024 for
consideration of an OSRC license. Mr. Perrin has 48 hours to appeal this decision to the
OSRC.

Budweiser + Dental work = Felonious assault cause serious physical harm. He was charged with F2. From what I hear he got 60 or 90 days as long as he pays victim.
