Was this a mistake or was this done as a "favor" to some major high-rolling bettors? I mean, the open-window theory is that it's not a mistake, right? LOL.

In the report they indicated that the size of the pools was relatively normal, so no one came in and hit the windows with big $$. Most likely just a human or mechanical failure.
