In the past, I would say other tracks wouldn't follow Gural but there is too much pressure and exposure now so I think everyone on that list is going to be excluded everywhere.

They should be banned at all tracks and all licenses revoked. Let them get a real job. Unfortunately, it's not going to happen. They will all find homes in PA or Yonkers. The competition will be a little tougher since it's going to be all out chemical warfare.
Or, if a trainer gets a positive they are injected with the same drug and forced to run a mile around the track.

Don't leave it up to the tracks, they all should loose their State licenses, and be prosecuted if they have anything to do with a race horse. Make the USTA completely irrelevant in this because they won't do anything anyways. I just hope Gural has balls enough to Keep them out. If and when there are more names to follow through even if his personal trainers are on the list.

Things are going to get real ugly. FBI is all over several New York farms. I heard one trainer hid in a trailer to leave a farm yesterday because FBI was parked on the road near entrance/exit.

Don't leave it up to the tracks, they all should loose their State licenses, and be prosecuted if they have anything to do with a race horse. I AGREE. HAVE TOTAL RIPROPOCITY ACROSS THE BOARD AT EVERY TRACK. IF YOU ARE BANNED AT ONE, YOURE BANNED AT ALL. I DID NOTICE SOME OF THE NAMES ON THAT LIST ARE LAYING REALLY LOW. THERES A FEW GUYS AT HOOSIER SHITTING THEIR PANTS HOPING THEYRE NOT ON THAT LIST.

If a horse has a serious positive, ban the horse for 60 days. Simple, and, of course, will never be implemented.

Seems like a lot of people eagerly watching to see what may happen to gural's own horsepeople. If gural goes down as a participant with working beneficial relationships with any of the indicted, how can he keep the subsidy, the sportsbook and the track under his control?

The list of folks heading out the door at the Meadowlands is pretty extensive. I am wondering if their lawyers are going to seek an injunction via the courts. I'm sure that they will mount an effort to stop Gural from folloeing through on throwing them out. Should be interesting.

They can hire all the lawyers they want, the meadowlands is private property. Heck Howard Taylor can represent himself but the bottom line is Mr Gural owns that property and he decides who can come on and who can’t.

They party's law firm had a signed court injunction to shut down the meadowlands if prohibited, and Gural advised the commission to clear it up immediately. They did, the horses raced without further consequences.

YOU ARE CORRECT BECAUSE STAKE PAYMENTS WERE MADE. SO TODAY WHAT THE TRACK OWNERS DO IS EITHER REFUND THE STAKES PAYMENTS AND REMOVED THE HORSES FROM THEIR RACE, OR ALLOW THE HORSES TO RACE ONLY IN STAKES RACES. THEY STILL CAN USE THE PRIVATE PROPERTY RIGHT TO NOT ACCEPT THEIR ENTIRES AND KEEP THEM OUT.

Stakes races that are funded by the state and paid into by the owners, racing on a state sanctioned track licensed by the state, governed by a state racing commission. You SAN DURBREAD would be incorrect!

THEY WILL ALLOW THEM TO RACE IN STAKES RACES ONLY AND NO OVERNIGHTS. ALSO THEY CAN AND WILL STILL BAR THE OWNER FROM THE TRACK LIKE TIMMY CAREY DID TO LUCPARK LAST YEAR AT HAWTHORNE.

Gural doesn't control the NJRC and the NJRC doesn't control Gural. Regardless, personally, I'd bet a lot of money on Gural if this turns into a fight. People are going to be very surprised if they try and litigate with Gural. He's a businessman, not a politician, elected official, or joker. Years ago it was very, very different. Usually you had a big name, successful, well-financed trainer. The NJSEA, the State, and the NJRC would hire some hack lawyer or firm, and the horseman would hire a killer. Now, today, let a trainer, or even an owner, even Howard Taylor, hire a killer...and Gural will come with a bigger killer! That's how Gural rolls.
