FOUR whipping violations this meet must have been just enough for the state commission to say "have a seat over there!" And KICKING?! WOW!

DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY SUSPENSION PENDING OUTCOME OF INVESTIGATION.

NARRATIVE:
Driver Nick Roland is hereby summarily suspended, Pending the outcome of an ongoing investigation, In order to protect public safety, Health and welfare as his conduct may be in violation of statute and I or rules of the Minnesota Racing Commission and may adversely affect the integrity of horses racing.
Within 72 hours after completion of the present ongoing investigation, The subject licensee will be cited to a formal hearing before the Board of Judges at Running Aces Racetrack.
During the summary suspension, Driver Nick Roland is denied privileges of driving of all racetracks under the jurisdiction of the Minnesota Racing Commission.

Do you know what Europian stall training is.  Think of Ake Svanstedt.
You are asking for more of it.


I read that he was criminally convicted for that. I'm not sure to many would want to chance ending their career by doing it over there. My guess is there is actually less of it happening over there because of Ake.

If you guys met nick .. you’d be on his side .. he’s a great guy and smart horseman .. I’m not sure what’s going on if it’s excessive whipping or what but he’s not a bad seed or bad for the sport .. I can understand why everyone hates me but nick is harmless

Doesn’t appear his character is being questioned .   That’s quite a list of charges for driving.  Habitual rule breaker?   I’ve never heard of him.  Is he a farmer?
