You have no clue, This is a 147 , 148  race horse this spring, summer. 54 last half first over from outside port- get a clue.
then why would Pelling sell ?   I get what you are saying..... but then it goes against any reason why any trainer would say, drop him in a sale.   Is there a hole in him ?  The one start at Pocono's when bet way down, I didn't see a horse that had :47 ability.   Be a good topic to follow up with over the summer and probably new connections.

It's one thing to pace in 48 it's another to win a race that fast.  This horse has shown speed but no guts. He keeps getting beat by Maidens winning their first start.   30 to 40 claimers can pace in 48 in the summer and can make 100,000 yearly if sound and race every week.  Speed means nothing unless you have the guts to win.

one of things I was thinking. He's racing against NW 1...... far cry from upper tier condition horses.

Looks like a nice horse.  Doesn't seem to have much heart.  What do we think he goes for?  Already at 70k.  Not Grand Circuit but could easily make 80-100k this year.

I’m guessing $80k. No reason to buy him back. Pelling is looking for GC horses not decent sire stake horses

Duh.  Not one of the dozen or so people that have talked about the sale with it's link right on this thread had any idea.  Thanks.
