Brenda Teague , Georges' sister , has done a great training job , on her own for many years in Delaware. She has had some great horses that she developed, a couple made it to the Breeders Crown races

you know what harry its not up to the industry to start it , although i will admit every other industry and business is certainly giving them a quick head start, qualifications be damned
it is up to the industry to ensure everyone white, black , male , female have the same opportunities from a legal standpoint
