yes it should asap when safety allows in each specific area
People need diversions ... all you hear all day long is doom and gloom n the news casts . We ALL know what comes out of politicians, reporters and so called experts mouths is bullshit and much of this is trying to create a hysteria .THIS IS A FORM OF FLU NOT THE BLACK PLAGUE!!! PEOPLE WITH MEDICAL ISSUES NEED TO BE CAUTIOUS AND VIGILANTE!!!TRUE, this form of the virus has been stronger than recent outbreaks BUT you cannot live your life in a bubble..THE BASIC FACT IS THAT IF YOU COME DOWN WITH THE VIRUS DOES NOT MEAN YOU WILL DIE I say if the people running the racing operations are healthy ( and they can be monitored); I say the quicker we try and move on the better

Until a vaccine is created and is known to work putting a date out there for racing to resume is just a pipe dream.

Of course it should be allowed, based on the area of the country. Life has to go at some point. The flu killed 40,000 people so far this year, way more than Covid19
