The positive test on Manchengo was tossed out last week! The race in question was also a track record. The only question that must be asked know is, "What about the other trainers that also test positive in the same time period for trace levels of Gabipentin?" The amount of the drug permitted in the system has also been increased as a result of the ruling! If anyone knows a trainer that paid a fine or got days from the same time period let them know that they are owed a refund !
