Judges have determined that the #1 horse went inside only 1 pylon and struck the rest.
So, if a wheel that is travelling 20-35mph strikes a pylon, don't you think we would see the pylon move even slightly?

I am LMAO at this one. The Thread name says it all--PYLON JOKE

And the rich keep on getting richer.

Nice job judges. Your earned your paycheck today with that ruling.

The public is cheated again.

Considering we have a recent thread where a plopper with cataracts won a bet because he couldn't see properly its only fitting that the judges absolutely have to be blind to not see that the Burke Pig horse clearly went inside four pylons striking the first going inside the next 3 (definitely not striking them) and hitting another one a second later.

Not only was the public robbed as the 2nd place finisher was the favorite but the trainers and owners were all robbed as the horse should have been placed last.

Gave up on the rule since 2017 when YG went through 10 pylons to win the jug

Rule almost never enforced. I wonder why some of them dont just cut across the track.

Watched the replay twice and the darn horse went inside or hit at least nine (9) pylons. Unbelievable !

I count 4 pylons.  Very curious what their explanation is for not disqualifying

The explanation was announced:  Palone said he didn't mean to go inside so many pylons but the horse was steppy. There was also a horse outside of him and he was afraid of causing an accident. Judges respected his honesty and safety concerns and left him up.

BS ..  The horse was a bit steppy coming off the first turn.  The incidents happened on the 2nd turn after he cleared to the lead.  At the time of the obvious pylon violations there was NO ONE outside of him.

Palmone didn't mean to? Huh. Is that we've come down to. Did the driver mean it or not?
