He has fooled many people over the years............ .those who race with him day in day out...know what a theif he is

Which is why he raced last year at Tioga..instead of at Saratoga , where he owns a house he paid for in cash..they did not like his lack of consistency

But he sure has a nice smile as he sticks it up your ass

Hall of Famer...in reality..he is a Hall of Shamer

Separate and unrelated: Ppk handle for the first 50 nights of the 20-21 meet is more than DOUBLE the level of last year. So the purse for Open I has recently been reduced by $500. Don’t want the horsemen getting too much of that $$$.
