I agree with you 100% that the optics of it are bad and that's the responsibility of the Commission to protect the bettors, but I disagree that Jody cashed or was up to anything unsavory.

That horse of his is a classy old horse that was down well below where he usually races and he made an easy lead and held.  Don't get fooled by the time, time means nothing.  It was a nice Summer night, the track was lightning fast and he beat a bunch of dogs who -- without exception -- have unmistakable aversions to winning (I forget the exact stats but Pro Beach and Racemup and Jaydens Place and Officer Jones...I mean it was a field full of follow along, finish underneath dogs) and his was the one that made the lead and none of the rest ever want to pass the last one.

He tried to bring his game on this side of the globe and made a complete idiot of himself! he is ok in Canada but an autotoss around here,,,,I wish i were on the sidelines when he puts his handout to greet the fans after he wins.
