May be more as some people are nuts. Read where Volusia County Fl. Health commissioner closed Daytona Beach the first of last week. A big boat launch in New Smyrna Beach was closed Thursday. Then the city commissioners/councilmen voted friday to open the beaches for the weekend.
Is that nuts or is it just plain stupid ?
