Eric went on with Joe O. as the expert on Illinois racing and coving the Racing Board meeting today.

Eric referred to himself and Joe as "us media people".

Basically I knew nothing about what happened at the IRB meeting and after Eric's expert coverage of the meeting I still know nothing.

I had arrived at the otb but I actually stayed in my car to listen to his interview because I thought Podders would have the scoop on what happened today.

Podders even confused Joe O. who didn't go to the IRB meeting but clearly knew more than Podders.

I was genuinely interested in what Podders had to say, now thats 10 mins of my life I'll never get back.

Gene Guyloverman is so disgruntled that he never was successful in business much less standardbred racing that all he does is mope. couldn't train a ball to roll downhill. has zero horsemanship skills. that Wisconsin horse was 150# underweight Vic told me and needed marquis but gene was too cheap to spend the $.

those who can succeed in life and at the races. those that don't are like Gene, plain and simple.

Podders told Joe O. he stills has his Horseman's Voice going with interviews and story lines of in state horsemen.

But after adding nothing from his first hand reporting yesterday on 670TheScore, I doubt he will be back on after today's IRB hearing.

So if we want to know what happened today we will probably have to wait for the IHHA or the Trib to post it.
