Let’s see how confident all you Libtards are.
I’m going at this alone so will keep the numbers low

Anyone who wants to wager $10   I’ll take Trump for president in 2024, but I also want a $20 wager that I say Trump wins all these cases on appeal. Nice little gentleman bets to see if any of you know anything about the law b

I will take both bets 10 plus 20 for the $ 30 total. My side Trump loses in 2024 and all 34 counts must be overturned on appeal.

All I am saying is you could replace Merriman with 10 different people and get the same result.  He drives 4000 races a year one way.  Yes he has a talent, his work ethic.  It is hard work driving up and down the road like a crazy man every day.  You get Jeremy Smith, Dan Noble, Brett Miller, Ronnie Wrenn, or any other cowboy from Ohio and race 4000 times a yr and you will 100% get the same results.

WRONG. Read the statute. Here's the basics of it

Merchan instructed the jurors Wednesday that they "must conclude unanimously that a defendant conspired to promote or prevent the election of any person to a public office by unlawful means," adding that they "need not be unanimous as to what those unlawful means were."

That means that jurors have to agree unanimously that Trump committed a crime by engaging in a criminal conspiracy to falsify records with the intent to commit one or more other crimes to convict him. But jurors can choose from three options about what those other crimes were: violations of the Federal Election Campaign Act, falsification of other business records or violation of tax laws. Those "unlawful means" aren't charges themselves, and they wouldn't result in separate convictions, so jurors don't have to unanimously agree on them.

The jury instruction was complex and nuanced, and some right-wing accounts ran with false reports.

So in layman’s terms. You don’t have to agree on what crime he may have violated but any crime you think he might of will do to convict. So now they can convict you of conspiracy without anything illegal ever happening. Makes sense too me

No. You can tell the difference in those that bet and those that handicap. Horses are living breathing creatures they don’t always do what they look like they should on paper. Scotty gave the horse the trip it didn’t work out. Next time this guy should take his $2 and buy a lottery ticket then he can blame the store clerk for his loss

Maybe he should have bet Karl and made his .20  ngc3 ngc3 ngc3

Another Maga Maniac busted:

Right-wing media company Salem apologizes, stops distributing 2020 election conspiracy film ‘2000 Mules’ after lawsuit

Salem Media Group, the right-wing talk radio network owner, issued a public apology and said it would stop distributing a discredited 2020 election conspiracy theory film after a Georgia man wrongly accused of voter fraud sued the company for defamation.

The Georgia man, Mark Andrews, said in his 2022 lawsuit that “2000 Mules,” a film and book by far-right activist Dinesh D’Souza contained a string of bogus claims about the 2020 election, leading to threats of violence against him and his family.

Andrews said the film, which has been repeatedly promoted by Donald Trump and widely circulated in right-wing media as supposed proof that the 2020 election was stolen, had severely damaged his reputation.

“It was never our intent that the publication of the 2000 Mules film and book would harm Mr. Andrews,” Salem said in a Friday statement. “We apologize for the hurt the inclusion of Mr. Andrews’ image in the movie, book, and promotional materials have caused Mr. Andrews and his family.”

“We have removed the film from Salem’s platforms, and there will be no future distribution of the film or the book by Salem,” the right-wing company added.

The apology from Salem came as part of a larger settlement to the lawsuit filed by Andrews. A representative for Protect Democracy, a nonprofit group that sued Salem on behalf of Andrews, did not comment on the terms of the settlement. Neither did a representative for Salem.

Salem operates a national talk radio network, distributing the programs of several prominent pro-Trump personalities such as Charlie Kirk and Sebastian Gorka, to more than 2,700 affiliates. It also owns dozens of Christian-format radio stations and the right-wing political website Townhall.

In the “2000 Mules” film, Andrews was featured on video with his face blurred depositing his ballot, along with those belonging to his family, into a drop box in what the film purported was a so-called “mule” operation.

“What you are seeing is a crime,” a voiceover from D’Souza declared. “These are fraudulent votes.”

Salem said in its Friday statement that it “relied on representations” that D’Souza had made.

“We have learned that the Georgia Bureau of Investigation has cleared Mr. Andrews of illegal voting activity in connection with the event depicted in 2000 Mules,” the company said.

In the aftermath of the 2020 election, Trump’s media allies promoted false claims that the election had been stolen by then-candidate Joe Biden. While the claims were false, polls have indicated that the lies were effective, convincing the majority of the Republican Party that Biden’s election was illegitimate.

Those election lies, however, have led to legal consequences for outlets that promoted the claims, with right-wing media companies facing a slew of costly lawsuits stemming from their coverage of the 2020 election. Last month, the pro-Trump network One America News settled a lawsuit brought by voting technology company Smartmatic over the outlet’s promotion of lies about the 2020 election. And last year, Fox News settled a historic $787 million defamation lawsuit filed by election company Dominion Voting Systems.

It's really become sad so many people got way too attached in an unhealthy way to a guy who honestly doesn't give 2 shits about them. Not only that but they have NOTHING in common with Trump other than they all must hate minorities.
Just like in Srar Wars, hate is a powerful emotion. Bonding yourselves to a lifelong loser liar, rapist, and now felon says a lot more about you than Trump.
If you were real conservative values folks there's no way you'd go within 1 length of the guy. He ran up $8 TRILLION in debt, bankrupted his own companies 5 or 6 times, sold fraudulent steaks, water, bibles, and lots of other junk.
If Trump dies tomorrow, and whatever is left of the GOP drafts Nikki Haley, she might win in November. She's 10x the politician Trump is.
But, have it your way and flush yourselves down the golden toilet with Trump.

Correct.  Take, for example crowd size. It’s so important to them, even going so far as posting phony photos of Trump crowds on X.  I have never shown up at a political rally for any candidate.  But I always vote- sometimes Democratic, sometimes Republican, but I don’t let crowd size influence my decision.
