Blood sample #872243 collected at Northfield Park on 8/12/20 from the horse Peter`s Royalty was found to contain Tripelennamine. All purse money must be returned for redistribution ($8,750.00). O.S.R.C.-3769-18-01(B)(1),(10),(13),(15),(16)&(17) 18-02 18-99 If the fine is not paid to the judges by 9/26/20 you may be suspended and or license revoked by the commission. Mr. Beaver is barred from all grounds governed by the OSRC during his suspension. Any horses under his care that he wants to transfer to another owner or trainer must be approved by the judges or the OSRC.
Status as of 1/5/2021 - Subsequent Ruling - Mr. Beaver has dropped his appeal of rulings SCD-20-74 and NFLD-2020-167 and the penalties have been amended. All purse money must be returned for redistribution ($23,000.00) to Scioto Downs and ($8,750.00) to Northfield Park.
