why dont they through this guy out fined for abusing a horse warming up for quaifier what a piece of shit

They didn’t throw the kid out who set one on fire, so what makes you think they’d send Fred packing?

looking more closely , this was an infraction from last June....its just one of many from this past summer..justice works swiftly up here lol...
