Never very attractive to any commercial breeder. A lot of hype and marketing simply for the backyard breeders. Ernie is good at that, and that's OK, that's his business. I never considered him a legit stallion prospect for commercial breeding. Sure, excellent horse down under, was NZ HOTY twice, pacer of the year, three or four times, and so on and so on. So he comes here and wins the Dan Patch and the Hoosier Park Derby. None of that made him attractive as a stallion to a commercial breeder.
